На ваших устройствах. Задачи, заметки, папки и настройки лежат в файле базы данных внутри приложения. На iPhone (с версии 1.2), на Mac (с версии 2.0.0) и на iPad (с версии 2.1.0) они ещё и синхронизируются между вашими устройствами — через ваш личный iCloud, а не через наш сервер: его нет. Разработчик ваших задач не видит. Синхронизацию можно выключить в любой момент. На Android приложение в сеть не выходит вовсе.On your own devices. Tasks, notes, folders and settings live in a database file inside the app. On iPhone (from version 1.2), on Mac (from version 2.0.0) and on iPad (from version 2.1.0), they also sync between your devices — through your own iCloud, not through a server of ours: we have none. The developer never sees your tasks. You can switch sync off at any time. On Android the app does not access the network at all.

Сначала проверьте Настройки → Уведомления: должно быть выдано разрешение на уведомления, а на Android — ещё и разрешение на точное время. На iPhone, iPad и Маке разрешение можно проверить и в системных настройках: «Уведомления» → Just Plan.
Если разрешения выданы, а уведомления всё равно не приходят, дело чаще всего в прошивке Android: Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo и Realme агрессивно усыпляют фоновые приложения. Помогает: разрешить автозапуск, снять ограничение батареи («Без ограничений») и закрепить приложение в списке недавних.
First check Settings → Notifications: the notification permission must be granted, and on Android the exact-time permission as well. On iPhone, iPad and Mac you can also check the permission in the system settings: Notifications → Just Plan.
If permissions are granted and reminders still do not arrive, it is usually the Android skin: Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo and Realme aggressively put background apps to sleep. What helps: allow autostart, set battery usage to “no restrictions”, and pin the app in the recents list.

На iPhone с версии 1.2 проще всего войти на новом телефоне в тот же Apple ID — задачи приедут из вашего iCloud сами. Способ, который работает везде и без облака: Настройки → Данные → «Экспорт в файл». Сохраните файл куда угодно — в облако, в мессенджер себе, на почту. На новом телефоне: Настройки → Данные → «Импорт из файла». Корзина — для удалённого: через 30 дней оно исчезает насовсем. Архив — для отложенного: папка со всеми задачами лежит там сколько угодно и возвращается одним нажатием. Убрать папку в архив: меню папки → «Убрать в архив». Вернуть: Настройки → Данные → Архив.The trash is for deleted items: after 30 days they are gone for good. The archive is for things you put aside: a folder with all its tasks stays there as long as you like and comes back in one tap. To archive: folder menu → “Archive folder”. Повторяющиеся задачи при переносе встают на ближайший день своего расписания, а не на сегодня: ежемесячная задача 15-го числа останется задачей 15-го числа.The app asks once: move overdue tasks to today or keep their dates. Repeating tasks move to the nearest day of their own schedule rather than to today: a monthly task on the 15th stays a task on the 15th.
Пять секунд после отметки задача остаётся на месте, зачёркнутая и подсвеченная, — нажмите на кружок ещё раз. Если пауза прошла: пока дата задачи не прошла, раскройте выполненные пилюлей с галочкой в заголовке секции; если дата уже прошла, задача лежит внизу ленты в секции «Выполнено» — раскройте её нажатием. Ничего не пропадёт. Если на iPhone, iPad или Маке вы вышли из Apple ID и вошли в другой, Just Plan при ближайшем запуске выключит синхронизацию на этом устройстве и один раз объяснит, что произошло. Так сделано, чтобы ваши задачи не смешались с чужими: в iCloud новой учётной записи они сами не уходят. Задачи на устройстве остаются на месте.
Дальше выбор. «Включить для новой учётной записи» — синхронизация включится, и задачи объединятся с тем, что уже лежит в iCloud этого Apple ID. «Не сейчас» — синхронизация останется выключенной, объяснение больше не покажется; включить её можно в любой момент: «Настройки» → «Синхронизация».
Если вы просто вышли из iCloud и вошли в тот же Apple ID, объяснения не будет — синхронизация продолжится сама.
Nothing is lost. If you sign out of your Apple ID on the iPhone, iPad or Mac and sign in to a different one, Just Plan turns sync off on that device the next time you open it and explains what happened, once. It is done so that your tasks do not mix with someone else’s: they do not move to the new account’s iCloud on their own. The tasks on the device stay where they are.
Then you choose. “Turn on for the new account” — sync turns on, and your tasks merge with whatever already lies in the iCloud of that Apple ID. “Not now” — sync stays off, the explanation is not shown again; you can turn it on at any time: Settings → Sync.
If you simply signed out of iCloud and back in to the same Apple ID, there is no explanation — sync carries on by itself.

Changes from the iPhone reach the Mac on a signal from Apple: iCloud tells the Mac there is something new in the cloud, and Just Plan picks it up. If a VPN is on on the Mac, Apple’s signals can be about a minute late: the change is already in the cloud, but the Mac does not know about it yet.
What to do. Go back to the Just Plan window — click it or the icon in the Dock: the app checks the cloud right away and picks up whatever is already there. While the Just Plan window is in front, the app also checks the cloud on its own from time to time.
For Apple’s signals to arrive without delay, set your VPN to send Apple’s addresses directly, outside the tunnel: push.apple.com, apple.com, icloud.com, apple-cloudkit.com, icloud-content.com. Many VPN apps call this “Exclusions”, “Routing” or “Direct”.
